CREW Files FOIA Request for General Services Administration Bid Request
On August 21, 2008, CREW filed a FOIA request with the General Services Administration for the bid request that GSA submitted to contractors on behalf of the EOP's Office of Administration to restore missing email at the White House. The bidding was conducted under the Millennia Lite umbrella, which meant OA did not have to post the bid proposal publicly but could, instead, issue it to a small group of pre-approved contractors.
