CREW v. Office of Management and Budget (Pregnancy Resource Centers)
Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) filed a lawsuit against the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) in the District Court for the District of Columbia. The lawsuit was prompted by OMB's failure to provide documents related to the details of its policy of using federal funds to support pregnancy resource centers. Some pregnancy resource centers have been found to provide false and misleading information to pregnant teenagers seeking their services.
