CREW Files FOIA Requests for Documents Regarding Rogers-Related Non-Profits
Today, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) sent Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests to several federal agencies seeking records related to non-profit organizations that have received millions of dollars in earmarks and grants from Rep. Harold Rogers (R-KY).
As CREW explained in its requests, these records will shed light on whether Rep. Rogers played a role in helping the nonprofits secure federal funds.
