20 Apr 2007 // Today Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) sent a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the White House Communications Agency (WHCA) seeking copies of all record-keeping guidance and policies government presidential and federal records of the White House for which the WHCA provides services.

The WHCA is part of the Defense Information Systems Agency and provides communication and technology support to the President and his key senior staff, including computer networks and wireless devices.
