Karl Rove when asked what his greatest regret was, stated that he regretted not pushing corrupt members of Congress out of the US Congress sooner. We learned from Associated Press last year that the FBI was focusing on two meetings Cunningham had with VP Cheney, Brent Wilkes (Cunningham's coconspirator # 1), his childhood friend Dustin Foggo (at the time was head of procurement logistics for the CIA in Germany) and Russian business execs pushing a Putin-agenda in January of 2002. It is my belief that meeting was when the Bush Administration cut a deal with the Russians that in exchange for lucrative campaign contributions, Immtec, Inc.--inventor and sole supplier of what NIST calls "smart wallet" in its Biometrics and Security Systems and Applications program, the Russians could have Immtec. Approximately 7-8 weeks before, the Kremlin had offered Immtec a 100 % financing package that already was being sweetened to exceed 100 % by the time this Cheney-Wilkes-Foggo-Cunningham-Russian meeting happened.

Jack Abramoff had plenty of Russian biz execs as clients and his former Executive Secretary, Susan Ralston became Karl Rove's Administrative Assistant. Abramoff has boasted he had full access to Rove and he's probably told the truth! Abramoff also boasted that Tom DeLay who might have introduced Ralston to Rove, was like a brother to him. As for DeLay...in 12/05 the AP learned US DOJ already knew he had a Russian energy policy!

There's been plenty news coverage on Rove's politicizing the federal government and having the government's contracts awarded to the Bush Administration's highest contributors. Not only was Rove top Political Advisor from the start of Bush's presidency until this past August 10th, but he also was top Policy Advisor from 11/04 into 1/06 which was a conflict of interest. More recently news coverage focused on Rove's violations of the Hatch Act which put the politicizing of the government's procurement into legal jargon that is punishable with jail time.

It is my belief that the Bush and Cheney Administration are trying to conceal their future claim of being misled by corrupt members of Congress, and what part Bush and Cheney leadership played as they let President Putin control their puppet strings, essentially via bribing them to have a pro-Putin crime gang agenda. Putin has been controlling the US Congress and Bush White House, not Bush and Cheney! We may not have their email records to prove how Putin got whatever he wanted, but we have Bush's speeches to prove how fond the White House was of Putin until last spring! No one in the press bothered to ask why the Bush Administration had a change of heart with regard to Putin, visible in that the US won't put its missile defense system to protect western Europe in Russia, and instead is installing it into Poland. I am very certain that Putin's/Russia's FSS (former KGB) trained Wahabi suicide bombers in camps set-up in Chechnya in the late nineties (while Putin was controlling the FSS) and that the crime gang Putin teamed with at the time, financed 911. I also am very certain that Putin's crime gang is financing homegrown terror cells in western Democracies. His crime gang are majority shareholders in all companies awarded prime contracts at the US DHS, and a majority of US DOD programs...including the NSA surveillance programs. Remember, Gonzales who for all his time in D.C. supported the NSA surveillance programs is the latest to jump ship and leave the president to deal with the pending fallout on his own.

Lockheed is one of Putin's main vehicles and last year Lockheed bought most of the companies it awarded subcontracts to. For this to happen, a deal had to be cut to gain the cooperation of the US Congress and Bush Administration that included their violating Federal Acquisition Regulation and the Hatch Act. Bush and Cheney leaders may be trying to pass the buck/push the blame on corrupt members of Congress, Wilkes and Foggo, but as hard as they try, now with the development of exempting the WH Office of Administration from FOIA, they will fail! Not only have we the speeches praising Putin as an honest man, but we have background information such that Lynne Cheney was on Lockheed's Board of Directors into 9/03 and Cheney's son-in-law, Phil Perry, whose last pass through the revolving door from heading US DHS Office of General Counsel, was a registered Lockheed lobbyist in recent years and is back at his many-time employer, Latham & Watkins. Lockheed is one of Latham's largest lobbying clients and Latham's giant Russian operations long ago made it a money laundering front for Putin's mob!

In coming days/weeks when news comes from US DOJ's D.C. grand juries and task forces that is less than favorable surrounding how Putin hijacked the US Congress and Bush White House, every investor needs to consider multiple things: 1) aside from energy companies, most US companies derive a small portion of their sales from Russia. While Russian cities are bustling, the moment you exit the cities, you are surrounded by the worst of poverty. Russia's population is scant when contrasted to our own. 2) If investors panic and selloff their shares, Putin's crime gang and the Chinese will be the buyers taking majority control of our companies to install their own board of directors. The odds of there being a trading halt as news is released from US DOJ is unlikely, because Christopher Cox, the SEC Chairman has been sharing the sheets with the Kremlin since he founded Context Corporation in 1982 and began translating Kremlin propaganda into English. All his legislation while in Congress from 1992-forward favored the Kremlin. Cox long ago was bought to make sure there is no trading halt for US investors to show cooler heads once Putin became caught, and he will continue to favor Putin's crime gang until Cox is indicted.

While Immtec turned-down ultimately 3 financial offers to benefit Putin going through last year, and held-out knowing that our platform based on merit always was forerunner in every financial identification credentialing program so eventually we would find justice for having been punished for being patriots, there will be no IPO until Cox is indicted. Christopher Cox is one of Immtec's staunchest of enemies. He was one of the members of Congress who fabricated false and misleading statements regarding the abilities of Immtec's platform to appear in the official congressional record. Once at the SEC her went after my family and me when family had been in the securities industry for 41 years and never before heard from the SEC. I was quite illegally harassed (broke its own tax code) by the IRS last year and Cox was behind the harassment. While Immtec shares won't be available when investors look to rush to quality, at least I know Immtec's platform is one thing defense-wise the US has up on Putin. This is in part, because I knew I was being surveilled and that the information was being abused to benefit Putin...so how Immtec's platform incorporates into most federal credentialing programs remains in my brain, not on paper.

Also, while the Bush Administration at least has mended its ways with regard to Putin who just 1 1/2 weeks ago was threatening our allies with a nuke attack when he stated that his bombers (Lockheed bought Martin Mariette) are capable of delivering nuclear bombs, the US Congress hasn't! Congress has a new party leading it, and the Dems are equally as bought by Putin as the former Republican leadership was! The Dems express anger that the biometric smart card (Putin's crime gang has all the source code so it does nothing to protect us) is taking up to 9 minutes to authenticate an individual and has a 25-50 % error rate, but refuse to redact last year's Transportation Bill (its authors are under investigation for corruption) that made it a federal offense for any credentialing program to consider Immtec's platform. The Bush Administration failed to overturn convicted David Safavian's (more charges pending) HSPD-12 selection that makes it a federal offense for Immtec's platform to be considered as a federal worker ID. Finally, the purpose of rewriting the Real ID Act was to change its wording to resemble a 2004 Intelligence bill's wording so that non-card technologies can be considered. However, Senator Akaka and Representative Allen actually didn't change the wording and are just saying they did, because both were bribed by President Putin as Putin continues to try to starve-out Immtec management to force us to give his crime gang additional financial incentives to attack the US and its allies.

Putin and his leadership have a common enemy with Islamic militants (including Iran's leadership overrun by religious freaks): Democracy. There always will be those who hate democracy and Americans. Our greater enemies are the people who give those who hate us the means (training and financing) to attack us. The KGB once had a mission to kill every American and resident within a democracy. The mixing of the FSS with organized crime taught the FSS members how to temper their urges to instead turn a profit by killing just a small portion of residents in democracies. There could be no deadlier combination to have mixed together when the FSS/former KGB members mixed with organized crime beginning in the late nineties to disrupt our lives and economies! The odds are greatest Putin will continue to meddle in the US as he is doing right now today with the Democrat congressional leadership and continue, too, to attack us. Immtec management just doesn't want to give him a financial incentive to do it!

I'm sure you know about this, but when the Bush Administration changes things, I always find it interesting to go to Google, input the URL of the page I'm interested in, and then clicking on the link in the search results.

What comes up is the page as it now exists, but you will notice a small link to the "cached" version of the page. Think of it as preserving Administration records, even when they refuse to do so. :-)

Assuming they can do whatever they want going forward, it really would be hard to make this retroactive, considering you've got several court filings and a settlement agreement on the matter.
