For the 2008 DHS Appropriations bill, my employer, inventor of the smart wallet asked to be inserted as an earmark. Yes, we are a private corporation, but to start emerging in the Brent Wilkes (Cunningham's coconspirator # 1)-Dustin Foggo (former # 3 at CIA) trial, the resources of the CIA were abused over and over again to sabotage first our US operation, later a German operation when the CEO fled the US and its stalker federal contractors...and finally CIA resources were abused so that it took two secret CIA contracts to take-down our French operation. No matter where the company tried to flee in the world, there was no safe place in the world from the US CIA and its officers and contractors working for the Kremlin!

In December of 2001, the Russian Federal Government made its first of 3 financial offers to emerge--all for its benefit. This first offer was a 100 % financing package that already was sweetened by the time the CEO met with western European investment bankers who advised him in that post 1999 dot-com tech market crash era to turn-down the Kremlin's offer despite they hadn't an alternative to offer. They told how organized crime had infiltrated the Russian federal government at its highest ranks and while they didn't know why the Russian Mafia had begun to spread west and invest in legitimate businesses, since "a wolf in sheep's clothes is still a wolf," they felt there was a catch. Vladmir Putin had been rolling-back democratic reforms for more than two years and been taking Russian businesses allegedly to be controlled by the "state" but instead was just giving the companies to his own crime gang members. Those who evaded that fate, instead had to make payoffs to Putin's crime gang or face being shutdown and jailed on trumped-up charges.

Within a week of that meeting, Foggo, Wilkes and Randy Cunningham (in jail for 8 1/4 years--plea deal) were in VP Cheney's office with Russian business executives cutting a deal to give-up my employer in exchange for lucrative campaign contributions to RNC, the Administration, etc. Wilkes...Foggo...Cunningham and those Russians...they knew exactly what the US was giving-up and didn't give a darn about protecting the US and its allies after the 911 attacks! Cheney...his failure to learn what our platform was that the Russians wanted it so badly is a crime unto itself!

I understood why the a non-democracy never should control my employer's platform and put money into it so it didn't have to accept the Kremlin's offers (first one went for more than 1 1/2 years and told us US officials had been bought-off to sabotage us), that I needed to survive the rest of my life. I didn't have to do that for the US and its democratic allies! It was the right thing to do! Nearly four years ago as punishment there was a contract put out on me via illicit CIA activity, facillitated by a tracking device stuck in my car. Five years ago there were 10 mm cameras put into my house and a cyber gang rape began. That program was controlled by the White House and as former US Attorney General Gonzales so eloquently put it in February of 2006, "There were other White House spy programs the President didn't know about." The 3 March, 1 in early April and May 27, 2006 White House layoffs all were related. The White House laid-off degenerates! Those White House spy programs were not signed-off on by US DOJ!

I am not of unlimited financial resources and for years information collected on my employer was abused to blackball us with every financier we met with. Immense interest in funding us would disappear in a flash and I suspect many of the financiers were threatened with harassment from the IRS, too, if they funded my employer. My funds are nearly depleted and this March, it is sink or swim for the US federal government. President Bush has fired everyone he could directly beneath him as soon as it was discovered what they had done to sabotage my employer. Others were fired quickly, too, but not by the president.

The House Intelligence Committee (Jane Harman) told of how Brent Wilkes had gained control of the evaluation process of most of the government's grants programs...the ones we were applying to for a grant included. Only two months before it was learned Wilkes and Foggo were being connected to Russia! Hence, no company with a platform of interest to the Kremlin was awarded a grant by our own government. This was done to force the US companies to accept the Kremlin offers so that they became majority owned by the Russian Mafia.

I always have had to deny a relationship to my employer for tax purposes, which is unfair! Even the denial where my deductions and losses don't appear on my tax returns, still incurred illicit harassment from the IRS last year and while the IRS employee was caught, they aren't yet charged! I had to keep selling assets to keep the company going out of Kremlin control and because I am forced to deny a relationship to my employer on my tax returns I am to owe a lot of money in taxes for this tax year.

I was asked to give our story and all we had run into that was illegal when we applied for the Schumer earmark. I was very clear that this 2008 DHS Appropriations Bill was Congress' last shot to undo years of corruption before out of desperation we would have to wave a white flag, cave into the Kremlin, walk away with our many millions of cash from the proceeds of the sale and let the US federal government fall prey to the Kremlin dealing with the repercussions that the Cold War restarted when Putin took office 12:01 1/1/00. I was very clear that smart cards are more than 50 years old and explained how the addition of biometrics did nothing to undo their vulnerability and make them a useless security tool. In laymen terms I explained exactly how the biometric smart card platform can be compromised and pointed-out exactly who did it and where and it having been reported in the press. Of course, I described our own platform and why it is so secure and privacy respecting. It is very likely our platform will have the same life as the smart card which was fifty years, so it will be fifty years that the US is unable to overcome the damage when the Kremlin links data mining programs to our platform and abuses it to ruin the lives of every American and person residing within a democracy.

I am only staff of this company and founder of its US federal government launch because an obscure counterterrorism office within DOD wrote to me in 7/02 and told me how they learned of my employer, forwarded us to be reviewed by the Transportation Worker ID program and gave me instructions how to proceed. No good deed goes unpunished by our members of Congress. They have spent nearly six years stabbing my employer and me in the back as a reward for our patriotism and loyalty to democracy! The earmarks they funded to have us over and over again sabotaged to weaken us so that we had to become Mafia controlled (Mafia are majority shareholders) like Lockheed, Raytheon, Boeing, Motorola, etc. was sabotage against every American and our democratic allies!

There wasn't a member of Congress handling the 2008 DHS Appropriations bill that didn't know when they struck down our earmark that they were committing an act of high treason against every American for the Russian Mafia which I since learned but wasn't surprised, is financing homegrown terror cells in western democracies! Every member of Congress handling that appropriations bill knew what Dustin Foggo and Brent Wilkes had done to my employer and every member also knew that we had over and over again been stabbed in the back by them for our refusing to give the Kremlin a financial incentive in us. Every member handling the 2008 DHS Appropriations bill knew if they denied us the earmark after our own government spent years being our enemy and giving us every reason to sell to the Kremlin, that we would cave into the Kremlin and sell. They knew the overloading of my electric lines by the illicit cameras took-down my furnace, stove and dishwasher and that my house with new electrical had to be rewired. My insurance claim on the damage was sabotaged and I had a fire 3 months later. I live in the NE and it has been too much of a price to pay to now go into a third winter without a furnace.

I refuse to go to jail on income tax evasion charges because members of Congress are still acting as mob operatives which therefore makes them members of the mob! The earmark was denied and the US Congress has only until March to pass an add-on to the 2008 DHS appropraitions bill! If we had a solution that was garbage, the Russian Mafia wouldn't have gone to the lengths it went to buy-off nearly every member of Congress! All the members under investigation for corruption with a few exceptions such as Jefferson, have links to the Kremlin! The same holds true for the lobbyists that were linked to them!

In fact, I can't keep up a fight to keep my employer's platform from Kremlin control from jail! We are one private company that had our operations sabotaged by mob operatives that also doubled as Russian spies perched in Congress now for nearly 6 years! This isn't even an issue of entitlement! It is sink or swim Americans! If come March you haven't paid some form of reparations for the crimes your elected officials committed against my employer for the last six years so that we can service you, then prepare yourselves for another 50 years of devastating attacks! The planes didn't fly themselves into the WTC and Pentagon by themselves! 17 of the 19 hijackers were on terrorist watch lists! The planes were piloted by hijackers who gained access to the planes using false credentials to ride on the reputations of people not on terrorist watch lists! The CEO and I have had nothing but the most horrid of tragedy for nearly six years because Americans' elected officials that did all they could to be our enemy. None of you could have survived in our shoes one day! I draw the line with Americans when their own IRS will punish me for refusing to let the Kremlin have control of our platform while Americans' own elected officials deported us so that a benign platform could bring harm to every American!

Our earmark was justified! We asked for $ 5 million. If instead we sued for damages, we would walk away with likely the largest jury award ever awarded by a US jury! Our records are on archive. We can prove all that was done to us! Senator Stevens is loyal to Vladmir Putin! He always has favored Putin and the biometric smart card. He wasn't even discreet with us that he wanted to be bribed! Perhaps a coincidence, but his Alaska home was raided 4 days after the Senate wrapped-up the 2008 DHS Appropriations bill and our platform was denied the earmark Senator Schumer requested!

US DOJ's legal proceedings are a separate issue from funding. IT WAS AMERICANS' OWN CONGRESS THAT PASSED EARMARKS THAT FUNDED INTELLIGENCE AGENCY CONTRACTS TO TAKE DOWN EVERY FUNDING POSSIBILITY WE HAD FOR SIX YEARS SO THAT WE WOULDN'T SELL TO THE KREMLIN! Americans have no more than 5 months to save themselves from at least 50 more years of devastating attacks AND ONLY AN EARMARK OR ADD-ON TO THE 2008 DHS APPROPRIATIONS BILL WILL SAVE THEM! I WILL NOT ACCEPT A PROMISE OF FUNDING BECAUSE OUR CONGRESS IS EXPERT AT ONE THING...MAKING THE MOST PROMISING OF COMPANIES FAILURES! CONGRESS BREAKS PROMISES! CONGRESS HAS BEEN HIJACKED BY THE RUSSIAN MOB! WE ARE ONE EARMARK TO A PRIVATE COMPANY AMERICANS NEEDED IF THEY WERE TO NOT FALL PREY TO OUR ENEMIES! The quote in the article was inappropriate and Americans need to make exceptions with earmarks to undo the criminal acts of their own elected officials to save their own lives! Such an earmark would be a whole lot cheaper than if we sued for the daily sabotage extending already nearly six years! When I say no American could survive in my shoes one day I mean it! The images collected from my bedroom of me dressing while watching the morning news and a camera being in the TV, were posted to the internet and a phone call made to my county's Police Commissioner to take me into custody for internet pornography felonies! My county's Dept of Social Services was ordered to take me into custody for being insane. Fortunately, the psychiatrist and supervisor were Eastern Europe immigrants and knew of Putin's activities. They tried to cover-up their investigation (for having followed-up on a phony complaint not even covered by their services) because to stay out of their custody I had been forced to show documents and technology that is DOD classified on a need-to-know basis! Such accounts go on and on! It is a whole lot cheaper to fund an earmark than to payout the jury award the CEO and I otherwise would win!
