18 Jan 2008 // Today in CREW v. Office of Administration, CREW's lawsuit based on its FOIA request for the documentation the White House created of the missing email problem, CREW filed a request that the Court schedule an immediate status conference to discuss recent developments in the unfolding missing email story that bear on this case. CREW also requested that the government be ordered to respond by next Tuesday, a request the Court just granted.
