23 Jan 2008 // Yesterday, in CREW v. Office of Administration, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW)'s lawsuit brought under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) for the documentation of the missing White House email problem, the White House filed an opposition to CREW's request for an immediate status conference claiming essentially that there was nothing to talk about.
Today, CREW filed its reply in which it pointed out that there is a blatant inconsistency between what the White House has told this Court about the volume of responsive documents (thousands of pages) and its claim in CREW v. EOP that the sole documentation of the missing email problem is a single chart.
