25 Jan 2008 // Today the court in CREW v. Office of Administration denied CREW's request for an immediate status conference based on the glaring discrepancies between the recent statements of the White House concerning documentation of the missing White House emails and what Office of Administration (OA) has told CREW in response to its Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for that documentation.

Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly agreed with CREW, however, that the OA must preserve all records potentially responsive to CREW's request and cannot transfer any potentially responsive record out of its control without leave of the court.
