Is CREW alleging 5 USC 3331 issues, alleged mental reservations of Members of Congress: That they are not fully enforcing the Constitution, and/or defending it against all domestic enemies, including Members of Congress?

It has always disturbed me to know that adults (say members of congress) would need someone or a committee to tell them what is right and what is wrong. Slim seems to have a way of blanketing our nation's capital.

that's a lot of huffing and puffing for someone who is anonymous. Don't hide behind legal restraints--you sound like the WH bunch. If you have something to say, tell us who you are or shut up.

Former congressman Randy "Duke" Cunningham's coconspirator # 1--already found guilty of bribing Cunningham and facing 60 years of jail time, and the former # 3 at CIA were supposed to have been tried 10/23/07. There have been a series of delays in rescheduling this trial and there have been 7 pretrial hearings (11/6, 11/19, 12/18, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16) just trying to decide whether this trial will stay in San Diego or move to Alexandria where 95 % of the witnesses reside.

In the Wilkes-Foggo indictments there is mention of strawmen, shell companies and a private security installer coaxed to work with Wilkes and Foggo. Wilkes and Foggo worked for Vladmir Putin and Putin wants to control my company's platform. Putin put his money where his mouth was in 12/01 w/a 100 % financing package, but failed to persuade our management that his intentions were righteous. Not only do I know the details of the indictment mentions and other things within the indictments--being the management team member who remained in the US to keep a watchful eye on the market while my biz partner sought a safe place in the world free of Wilkes and Foggo's stalking, but I continued over a more than 6 year period to workover the US Congress.

Right now I remain rather silent so as not to cause a mistrial, but once the trial is underway, there will be nothing that can shut me up! Hillary beware! You're my senator and you were bribed to deport the company into the Kremlin's control...the same Kremlin that orchestrated 911 and is financing homegrown terror cells operating in western democracies! While attempts to make contact can be found in my phone records, my first attempt was signed for on 1/16/02! It was a package! Inhofe beware...in 11/06--a year after my company was linked to the Jack Abramoff corruption probe (also involves Russia since Abramoff had Russian clients), GM announced a slew of plant closings, one being in OK city. I contacted your office in 12/06 about retraining and hiring the GM workers to work an assemblyline making biometric digital wallets. Your staff didn't call or write me back but instead passed my contact information to a lobbyist who then contacted me to drum-up business. I refused to hire the lobbyist, so Inhofe's GM worker constituents lost their jobs and Inhofe's insistence that I hire his lobbyist friend cost them replacement jobs! Inhofe doesn't care about his constituents! He cares only about lining the wallet of his lobby friends!

The entire southern MI House or Representatives delegation and its 2 senators are on my list of evil-doers effective 12/06! MI was hit worst by the GM layoffs. Every single southern district MI congressman and MI's 2 senators were bribed by lobbyists and companies operating in Russia with a loyalty to Vladmir Putin to prohibit my employer from establishing manufacturing operations in MI to retrain and hire laidoff GM workers. Every single southern MI congressman and its two senators have to this day an agenda to deport cutting edge tech companies and their manufacturing operations to Russia, rather than to draw new manufacturing jobs to MI. Of course, my phone records and email archives prove my efforts. Furthermore, Wilkes, Foggo, Abramoff...they all were long gone from government service by the time I was trying to hire laidoff GM workers.

This is just a sampling of what I have to say of parties unrelated to the Wilkes-Foggo trial of how Wilkes--himself a lobbyist and Foggo's agenda are still in place today even when the two will soon be tried for their corruption! There are very few members of Congress whose image will emerge clean once I start my verbal bloodletting during the Wilkes-Foggo trial!

CREW is very kind to push these members of Congress such as Nancy Pelosi to clean up their acts this last chance before the Wilkes-Foggo trial begins. I have plenty to say of Nancy Pelosi, too, and her office's telephone number appears many times in my phone records last year. If she doesn't take CREW seriously, she's not got a chance at rebounding and winning in re-election once I open my mouth over the criminal acts of her staff representing her own agenda!
