David Safavian only was charged with lying to federal investigators and obstructing justice. 2 months after those charges were brought my company, inventor of the smart wallet tech standard in NIST's Biometrics and Security Systems and Applications list, was connected to the Abramoff corruption probe.

While my company was under review for the TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential program) and Safavian was working as GSA Chief of Staff in 10/02, the GSA shared my company's technology with a trade group representing inferior S. Korean wannabe copycats. It is illegal for proprietary/confidential information regarding a company's intellectual property and trade secrets to be shared with anyone outside of the evaluation process and the sharing of our platform with the S. Korean Han Companies was outright treason! As a reminder, both Abramoff and Buckham had S. Korean clients and it's already been revealed Julie Doolittle is in trouble in some way because of the work she did for those same clients.

Also in 10/02 while Safavian was GSA Chief of Staff my company was banned from federal procurement and banned from securing a GSA schedule b/c of our monopoly-power. Monopoly-power isn't a legitimate excuse to ban a company from procurement under Federal Acquisition Regulation! We happened to have been a start-up company when we were banned because of our monopoly-power so we were no threat to anyone! A company only is a threat if it engages in predatory business practices to be a monopoly, and then it is US DOJ Anti-Trust Division's concern and it is US DOJ ATD that prosecutes the company for its predatory business practices that made it a monopoly.

Still, there's more to tell about what likely is on Safavian's horizon...

At the time the US GSA banned us from federal procurement for illicit reasons we had been declining a 100+ % financing offer with a wrapper of the Russian federal government for 11 months. Organized crime had stolen control of the Kremlin at its highest ranks and the true origin of the funding offered us was "blood money." More recently I discovered the same crime gang orchsstrated 911 and the attacks since on our allies' transportation infrastructure and that we were the only privately-owned defense supplier that turned-down the "911 blood money." Now we have turned it down for more than 6 1/2 years!

Jack Abramoff and Ed Buckham also had Vladmir Putin's agents as clients. Putin was in a violent street gang before being recruited by the KGB and when the gang members grew-up they learned to adorn business suits and engage in far more elaborately planned crimes than simple murder!

Finally, there is even more!

My company was forerunner based on merit for the federal worker ID which also has names such as FIPS and HSPD-12 (Homeland Security Presidential Directive-12). In the brief while Safavian was director of federal procurement at White House OMB in 2005 before his arrest, he fixed the HSPD-12 standard to the biometric smart card. It was illegal not to open consideration to superior technologies. Already by then the founder of the Han Companies was under investigation for corruption in S. Korea and his companies no longer were a competitive threat to us. David Safavian fixed the federal worker ID standard for the Russian Mafia, aka, orchestrators of 911! David Safavian is a mob foot soldier and a 911-insider!

If Safavian were smart he would have sought a plea deal from the very start! Safavian is a moron and it will be of no surprise to me if when US DOJ tries him again, the additional crimes US DOJ since he first was charged he's been linked to, become additional charges. I will be looking for superseding indictments and anticipate Safavian to be facing far more charges!
