CREW V. U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY ET AL

9 Nov 2006 // CREW filed suit against the United States Secret Service, a component of the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS), for its failure to produce documents relating to any visits that specified individuals made to the White House or residence of the vice president from January 1, 2001, to the November 9, 2006. CREW sent the FOIA request to DHS on October 4, 2006 and did not receive a response.
