CREW V. U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY (ABRAMOFF)

10 May 2006 // Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) filed suit against the United States Secret Service, a component of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), for its failure to produce documents relating to any visits that specified individuals made to the White House or the residence of the Vice President between January 1, 2001, and the May 10, 2006. CREW sent a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request on February 2, 2006, which received no response.
