CREW FOIA REQUEST TO DEFENSE INFORMATION SYSTEMS AGENCY SEEKS WHITE HOUSE COMMUNICATIONS AGENCY RECORDS
3 May 2007 // Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) sent a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). CREW seeks records from a component of DISA, the White House Communications Agency (WHCA), of all emails that came into or went out of WHCA-controlled or maintained email systems from gwb43.com, rnchq.org, and georgebush.com. CREW is also seeking telephone logs of all calls made by Karl Rove through a WHCA-controlled or operated switchboard to numbers associated with the Republican National Committee.
