U.S. Supreme Court won't hear former Rep. Jefferson's appeal over Speech or Debate Clause
Looks like ex-Rep. William Jefferson has exhausted his appeals. The Supreme Court rejected his argument today. So, it's on to the trial -- finally:
The U.S. Supreme Court refused today to consider former Rep. William Jefferson's plea to throw out most of the criminal charges against him - setting the stage for a June 2 trial in Alexandria, Va.
The High Court's decision, which was expected, came without comment.
Jefferson, a New Orleans Democrat, had asked the Supreme Court to reconsider a ruling by the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. The appeals court rejected Jefferson's argument that 14 of the 16 charges against him should be dropped because the grand jury that indicted him heard testimony about his congressional duties in violation of the Constitution's Speech or Debate clause.
The 4th Circuit concurred with the trial judge in the case, T.S. Ellis III, that any discussion about his congressional activities was not central to the government's case.
"We are satisfied that the district court, in conducting the pretrial proceedings, accorded Congressman Jefferson every substantive and procedural protection to which he was entitled," the 4th Circuit ruled.

Jefferson's appeal at least, may he can define himself better then previous or if he was not able to do this then they can retain the decision, one of my friend who was doing VCP-310 certification was working on his file also but he got some major facts about the charges against the Jefferson's, because he had a great touch with the politics so he involved me in this case so i join him after my 70-290 certification about which i am confident to pass in first attempt as i have already pass my 642-901 certification exams in first attempt with high score due to preparation with useful training material, now we are free to work on politicians and their performances.

This goes back to Spindletop Oil money and heirs that were never given their part of the oil revenue! We have had Federal Judges Joe T. Fisher that on the order of J.Edgar Hoover for President Johnson to get all the records of this case and seal it under his court order. Well he finally died. We have all the documents and much more concerning the James and W.R. Meaders Estate.
We found the money in the U.S. Treasury! We have the actual account numbers and documents how the courts set up [these fraudleent trusts and their trustees.
When we ask our representatives and Senaators to help all we get is lower level autocrats! When they ask the Tresury and Justice they respond with old documents. I will include what i just wrote them. Can u help there are trillions in these accounts!! Congressmen, Senators, Treasury officials, President and Vice President. They have all lied and covered this up. Our spokesperson is a Mr. Larry Williams, Lebanon Ohio.
This is the type of reply we have been getting from the government now for at least 25 years. All we want is time with out elected officials, an attempt to talk with Senator Bayh. IT IS ABOUT TIME THAT WE GET OUR DAY WITH HIM AND NOT LOWER LEVEL BUREAUCRATS!
The reply from either banking(Treasury) of Justice goes like this.
1. Treasury: sorry but our records do not find any funds for a James or W.R. Meaders (Meadows)
2. Justice: They quote a case by a Federal Judge Cobb with Men named Profit and Clark. Here Judge Cobb gave a summary ruling. This included some of our evidence thus making anything we did to be under this summary ruling.
Now this is the information and proof we have:
1. Proof that Clark and Profit got $50,000,000 dollars from oil companies (Amoco) to go ahead of us in court. They only used part of the information. The secret deal made with them was to tie up the case so that we could not do any good.
2. We did follow up with this in court before a Federal Judge Joe. T. Fisher. He was a Republican, but Lyndon Johnson the majority leader, wanted him to be named a Federal Judge. The Republicans did not even want him to be judge. Lyndon, held up legislation until he was named Federal Judge. Now the man is under his influence.
Judge Fischer held this case up, and we did not get his papers until he died.
3. We now have a letter from J.Edgar Hoover to Judge Fischer concerning the Meaders heirs. In this letter he said he was writing on behalf of the President (Johnson). He wanted the Judge to get all of the information in this case and seal it under his court order. J. Edgar said this should be sealed into the matter of heirs is settled and this was for National Security reasons.
4. Judge Fisher sent letters to: Texas Governor, IRS, Gulf Oil Company, Texas Banking Commission, Jefferson County Courthouse Texas and The McFaddin Ranch. They were to send all records to him and then he sealed under his court order. THIS IS THE REASON WE COULD NOT FIND OUT ABOUT THINGS! When he died (2000) this information became public record which we have!!
5. The Mcfaddin Ranch is some of the original property where Spindletop Oil was found. In that letter to Judge Fischer they ssid, "yes the same deed that conveys our oil rights also is the same deed that conveys the Meaders Estate 25% interest, but we agree with you that the Meaders Estate should NEVER RECOVER
FOR National and the state of Texas interests." NOW THIS IS CONSPIRACY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL TO KEEP THE RIGHTFUL HEIRS FROM THE MONEY DUE TO THEM! We have all these documents.
6. Jewell Robbins has done things illegal and she has/is being punished. THE EMPHASIS IS NOT WITH JEWELL ROBBINS as she had nothing and i mean nothing to do with this case anymore!!!!!!!
7. Our representative is a Mr. Larry Williams, Lebanon Ohio. He got involved when he thought his mother was being scammed in this by Mrs. Robbins. As he studied the case he found plenty of information to prove the case.
This case now has Mr. Williams the sole representative for the W.R. Meader's heirs. He has talked to many of the Senators and to name a few the majority leader Harry Reid, the minority leader Mitch McConnel, President Bush, Treasury officials, and Justice officials. People with any influence in New York City or Wahington D.C. know about Larry Williams and many have talked to him personally.
8. We have found that these funds are in the Treasury of the US under the miscellaneous funds. WE HAVE THE NUMBER ON THESE ACCOUNTS, so don't tell me that there is no money!!!!!
9. We can prove all of what i have told you with documentation! We know how these trusts were set up by the courts and who were and are the trustee to the accounts (trusts).
10. This is not wild speculation or Spindletop Fantasies, but facts, and documentation!!!!!!!
We have asked and frankly are running out of patience, for meetings with our representatives. We want help in releasing these funds to the rightful heirs! We have been lied to, and with stall tactics, delay maneuvers, and even murder and bribery! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
11. We have many more document proving our case is real and not speculation!
This single thing (release of these funds) will be a gigantic effect on Indiana and our Country!
Please do not become a part of the delay and stalling tactics.

Mr. Williams if you are using the Hoover letter then you must also be using other documents that belong to another family.

Who is John Meadows from Kentucky? (865) 938-6262? He has contacted us on numerous occasions to get heir information and has told us that we are due millions of dollars. When we contact him to see what the status is he tells us everything is going just great. We should be getting something real soon. If we try to ask any questions and get information from him he tells us he can't tell us, that a gag order was put on the case. He has been telling us this for 6 years now. It sounds like he is in with Jewell Robbins on this, as we can't seem to get anything out of him.
Lets face it Spindletop exist, but the $$$ belongs to the rich!
Yes, I am a heir, and I should have got my millions back in 1986, over 25 years I still havn't got anything! Are you a Meadows or Meader heir one of the original 20,000, not one of those Robbins clones that got suckered in? Are you sick and tired of being lied to, and told that there was $80,000,000 in the Mellon Bank in Pittsburg, PA? Are you sick and tired of the oil comanies charging $4-5 a gallon of gas, and making billions of profits, and tired of the oil companies paying judges, lawyers, and congressman to get the cases thrown out of court over the years, I believe that our money is in the U.S. Treasury or in a Swiss Bank, but does anyone care. I called John and he told me the case was settled out of court, but where is the money, I turned my information into the government but have not received a dime. Are you frustrated, let Obama know about it, maybe he can get our money!

My grandmother went through the whole chain of title thing and sent proof that she was an heir to John Meadows but we never heard anything back. That was in 1986. I sure wish I knew what to do to help out with this. I would like to have some of that trillion. There are so many dirty beaurocrats involved in this I don't think we have a snowball's chance of ever seeing any of it. At any rate, I would be willing to do what I can to help.

I am glad I found this sight.I am a close heir to James.and when my family found out back in 86 I was like 16.So i really didnt keep up on it much becuase I thought it was all bull and we would never see anything.I would like to know more about whats going on with it.I think i was put on the list to get some of the money but im not really sure.and not sure how to find out.so if anyone has any info please let me know.
