The Department of Justice, the House and Senate Ethics Committees, and the Office of Congressional Ethics (OCE) do not publicly divulge which members they are investigating. The OCE’s first quarterly report published in April revealed that the office has launched 10 reviews of lawmakers or congressional staff, but the OCE only disclosed Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. (D-IL) as under review. He is included on CREW’s list.
The Real Story on Miller Legal Expenses
From OC Register Blog:
Rep. Miller explains mysterious legal expenses
April 27th, 2009, 5:23 pm by Martin Wisckol, Politics reporter
Rep. Gary Miller, the Diamond Bar Republican whose district includes part of Orange County, got some attention from The Hill blog last week for his quarterly campaign finance filing. Seems he paid nearly $12,000 to a law firm after spending less than $2,000 on lawyers over the three previous years.
The matter was even more mysterious because it wasn’t clear from the campaign finance report why he needed the lawyers - indeed, the Federal Elections Commission noted that he provided inadequate detail.
I called Miller’s office today, and was assured the mystery wasn’t all that intriguing. Miller had hired a new firm to handle his FEC statements and they had also gone through all his previous statements. Until the end of last year, Miller’s wife, Cathy Miller, had handled the filing. But when she underwent surgery, Miller sought outside assistance, according to Miller aide Jessica Baker.

Change we can believe in is . Our new president is darker than the old one. His family life appears to be better.
Error: Rep Gary Miller is listed as Democrat.
Rep. Gary Miller California is a Republican.

If this list does not include Michele Bachman, Ms Fox, and others, then, this list is not legitimate.
