19 Nov 2007 // A federal judge Monday hinted the trial of a key player in the Randy “Duke” Cunningham scandal may move from San Diego to the East Coast.
Poway defense contractor Brent Wilkes and Kyle 'Dusty' Foggo – the former third-highest-ranking official at the CIA – are charged with numerous counts of fraud, conspiracy and money laundering.
They have pleaded not guilty.
