Wynn steps down from powerful Energy and Commerce Committee

11 Apr 2008 // Earlier today, Fourth District Rep. Al Wynn announced he has stepped down from his seat on the powerful House Energy and Commerce Committee, thus resigning his chairmanship of the Subcommittee on Environment and Hazardous Materials.

Wynn's resignation took effect at 5:00 p.m. yesterday.
