CREW sent a letter to the Office of Congressional Ethics (OCE) requesting that they investigate whether Rep. Justin Amash (R-MI) violated House rules by using his official Twitter account to raise campaign funds.
Trump is an insurrectionist, and the Supreme Court does not dispute that fact.
While they should have barred him from the ballot, the Court not exonerating him is a win for democracy.
