CREW sent a letter to the Office of Special Counsel (OSC) requesting an investigation into whether Sarah H. Sanders, Deputy Assistant to the President and Principal Deputy Press Secretary, violated the Hatch Act when she used her official Twitter account to post a photograph of Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross autographing a campaign sign supporting President Donald J. Trump’s reelection at a political event in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
