CREW, Lawfare sue the Department of State for violating the Case Act

The State Department and Secretary of State Marco Rubio are failing to make international agreements publicly available in violation of the Case-Zablocki Act, leaving Americans in the dark about foreign deals being made on their behalf. Lawfare, a nonpartisan media organization represented by CREW, sued to compel the Trump administration to comply with the law.  

White House, NARA must ensure Trump’s deleted Truth Social posts are preserved

The White House and National Archives and Records Administration are legally required to preserve and prevent the destruction of President Trump’s Truth Social posts, including a now-deleted video posted from his account about debunked 2020 election fraud claims that included racist images depicting former President Barack Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama as apes.
