CREW sues DHS and USCIS for records on data sharing agreements with states

CREW is suing the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and U.S. Citizens and Immigration Services (USCIS) following their failure to respond to requests for records on DHS’s data sharing agreements with states and state entities for the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (“SAVE”) program.

CREW sues US DOGE Service to compel transparency

A cadre of largely unidentified actors in DOGE are controlling major government functions with no oversight or meaningful transparency into its operations. CREW filed a lawsuit to require compliance with key records laws.

DOGE sued to follow the law or cease operations

DOGE is operating in violation of the Federal Advisory Committee Act and must comply with transparency, ethics and other requirements or cease operations, according to a lawsuit brought by CREW and partners.
