CREW is suing the DHS, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Customs and Border Protection and ICE for failing to produce records on an expedited basis in response to CREW’s FOIA request seeking information about the Trump administration’s efforts to track and surveil protestors.

The State Department and Secretary of State Marco Rubio are failing to make international agreements publicly available in violation of the Case-Zablocki Act, leaving Americans in the dark about foreign deals being made on their behalf. Lawfare, a nonpartisan media organization represented by CREW, sued to compel the Trump administration to comply with the law.
