The public should know if the newest iteration of DHS's programs targeting violent extremism will unduly target already marginalized groups.

The DOJ has failed to release any records regarding Wilbur Ross's misrepresentation of the addition of a citizenship question to the 2020 Decennial Census. This lack of transparency by the DOJ is indefensible considering an OIG investigation found that Ross provided false or misleading testimony before Congress in March 2018. 

DOJ law enforcement arms need to release any policies they have enacted on their use of body-worn cameras.

The public should know if Steve Mnuchin or Mike Pompeo participated in talks after the insurrection to remove Trump using the 25th Amendment.

Notes that then-Attorney General Bill Barr took during meetings with Trump on his plot to overturn the election should be made public.
