CREW submits amicus brief in support of Arizona’s Voter’s Right to Know Act
CREW submitted an amicus brief in support of Arizona’s Voter’s Right to Know Act which was passed in 2022 to combat corrupt elections and strengthen the state’s disclosure rules. Two Koch-aligned dark money groups are now challenging this law in federal court, so they can continue to spend large amounts of money and keep secretly buying elections.

Amicus: FEC’s failure to enforce the law must be able to be challenged in court
Americans must be able to seek relief in court for violations of campaign finance law when the Federal Election Commission is unable or unwilling to enforce the law, according to an amicus filed by CREW.

Senate Judiciary should not consider Matt Gaetz for AG without Ethics report
In order to properly vet and consider Gaetz’s nomination, the Senate Judiciary Committee should request that the House of Representatives Committee on Ethics share its final report and investigation into Gaetz, according to a letter sent today to Judiciary Committee Chair Senator Dick Durbin by CREW President Noah Bookbinder.
