CREW sues US DOGE Service to compel transparency

CREW filed a complaint with the Department of Justice (DOJ) requesting that it investigate whether Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi solicited a bribe from Donald J. Trump and whether Mr. Trump and the Donald J. Trump Foundation, Inc. paid a bribe to AG Bondi, both violations of federal criminal law.

CREW filed a complaint with the Internal Revenue Service stating that Donald Trump and the Trump Foundation appear to have broken the law by giving $25,000 to a political group supporting Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi in an effort to discourage her office from investigating Trump University.

CREW filed a complaint with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) requesting that it investigate whether The Donald J. Trump Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, violated its status as a tax-exempt private foundation by participating in the presidential campaign of its president, Donald J. Trump, and by advocating for Mr. Trump's nomination.

CREW filed an amicus brief asking the Supreme Court to uphold the conviction on federal corruption charges of former Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell.

CREW submitted additions to its request for investigation of Rep. Duncan Hunter (R-CA) by the Office of Congressional Ethics and its request for audit by the FEC.
